Through empathy and compassion, Susan Haber helped me recover from a rather low point in the my life with dignity. Not only did she represent me well in court and successfully reduce the charges against me substantially, but she did so while displaying a friendship that I hope will last far beyond this incident. We never expect to get in trouble, but things can change very fast and get out of control. Recently I got arrested for a DUI. The officer upon arresting me told me that I should not even bother getting an attorney. He told me that all a lawyer will do is charge you a lot of money and that there is no way to win. I didn’t listen to him and you should not think that way either. From the moment I spoke with Mr. Rubenstein he made me feel comfortable. He listened, was concerned, asked smart questions and gave me hope. As it tuned out the DUI got reduced to a Dry Reckless, so much for what the officer said. I could not have asked for a better lawyer and I highly recommend him if you find that trouble has found you.- DS
