Susan M. Haber

Susan M. Haber’s superior zealous advocacy, along with her high legal and ethical standards in practicing criminal law for over two decades, has resulted in her tremendous success in and outside of the courtroom. After receiving her bachelors of arts degree from U.C.L.A., Summa Cum Laude (top 5%), and graduating from Loyola Law School, Susan joined the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office where she had the unique experience of working in the largest law firm in the United States. During that time, she personally litigated over 50 felony jury trials to verdict, hundreds of felony preliminary hearings, and handled thousands of matters in criminal court at various stages of proceedings. Susan joined the Law Offices of Jeffery K. Rubenstein in 2006 and now is a managing partner in 2021.
